I heart faces - hearts

It's been awhile since I've entered an iheartfaces challenge.

I had lots of ideas, but just not enough time this week.  This week's theme is hearts.

This is a photo of my older daughter giving her baby sister a kiss.  They just love each other.

i h eart faces - texture

This week's theme for iheartfaces is texture. I don't have a photo editing software, so I created texture with my background. This is just a simple, soft blanket I like to use for Audrey's photos. I love how the different fuzzies reflect the light and add depth and dimension. And of course, who can dislike that face! This was Audrey at 5 months.

More texture and faces can be seen at the iheartfaces blog.

iheartfaces "We Are Family"

This photo was just taken (with timer) over the weekend at Pacific Star Winery in Fort Bragg, CA. We wanted a picnic at the ocean. It was rainy and cold, but the waves crashing on the cliff were AMAZING! We all bundled up and suffered through a cold lunch, protecting our sandwiches with soggy paper plates, and huddling together to keep each other warm. We watched the waves crash in hoping to see a whale on it's migratory path. It was the first time that the entire family was together since baby Audrey was born, and it was a blast!!!!

Family consists of Nana Linda and Papa Ed; children Josh with wife Christine, Becky, Sarah with partner Keja; grandchildren Andrew, Alexandra, Kymberly and Audrey.

More family photos can be see at iheartfaces.

I Heart Faces Birthday Week "Best Face Photo"

I took this photo of my daughter to show off her new dress, and because I think she has the most beautiful face in the world, I took a close up of her face. I just love how she looks contemplative and calm and happy.

See more "Best Faces" over at the I heart Faces blog.

I give i heart faces permission to display this photo.

I heart faces --- Pets Only

This is my first official entry into I heart faces.
One of my favorite photos I've taken, I'm very pleased with myself for getting such a great shot on a creature quickly moving about the grounds. Taken at the Sonora Desert Museum in Tucson, AZ
